Online reservation rules:

I. Online Booking Process

Steps of booking through the online booking system:
1. The Client may choose from the Packages and standard accommodation offered as stated in the booking table.
2. On familiarisation with the Package and its price, the Client selects the time of stay for the selected room as well as additional terms or a Package.
3. On selection of an offer, the Client proceeds to a form, which needs to be completed by specifying the Client’s personal data and optional comments on the booking.
4. On completion of the form the Client makes an advance payment by one of the following methods:
* Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard);
* Electronic bank transfer (UAB Paysera LT).
4a. Having selected one of the first two options the Client is directed to a page where payment can be made by means of UAB Paysera LT payment system. Authorisation starts upon connection to UAB Paysera LT through an encrypted 128 bit protocol. After UAB Paysera LT accepts the payment, the Client receives a confirmation of payment and booking by an automatic email message. The email message will specify the Client’s data, name of the hotel, total price of the accommodation, advance payment made and the remaining amount payable. The Client will pay the remaining amount upon arrival to the hotel. The email message confirming the booking has to be presented at the hotel as a proof of the advance payment and of the remaining amount payable.
4b. Having selected the third option (payment by bank transfer or later payment), the Client will receive a confirmation of initial booking, which will be finally confirmed upon making the advance payment by an ordinary bank transfer or online. The booking has the status of an initial booking 48 hours after its making and may be cancelled if no advance payment is received. On receipt of the advance payment, an email message confirming the booking is sent to the Client. The Client has to present the confirmation email to the hotel manager for final settlement.
4c. Client, who uses an account in the BookingRobot system has the ability to link his credit card (s) to the account. In this case, each time you purchase a hotel service, a monetary amount will be debited from the customer's credit account automatically, once, at the time of purchase. No additional payments are required. A card link can be canceled at any time in account settings, by pressing "Delete" button. The data security of the client’s credit cards is provided by UAB Paysera LT, accredited by the Lithuanian Bank.
5. The Client understands that, in case of a failure/programming error in the online booking system, the published price for the services is unreasonably low/high considering the content of the services; the hotel is entitled to notify the error to the Client within 10 days from the booking confirmation and request payment of the full price. Should the Client refuse to pay the full price, the hotel may cancel the contract/refuse to provide the services. In such a case, the hotel will not indemnify the Client for any losses.

Ia. Booking at Request
In cases where there are no rooms available online, the Client may be offered a room at the Client’s request. Upon completing the form, the Client receives an email confirmation of the time of stay (or information that no rooms are available) with the instructions for the making of the advance payment. The Client may make an advance payment by credit card or by an electronic or ordinary bank transfer. The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment. Upon making the advance payment the Client will receive an email confirmation of the booking, which the Client has to present upon arrival to the hotel for final settlement.

II. Payment and Cancellation of Booking

1. The Client makes the advance payment by one of the three methods used by the system and pays the remaining amount upon arrival to the hotel.
2. There are no booking transaction costs for the Client.
3. Cancellation of the booking no later than 3 days prior to the arrival time is free of charge. The hotel will refund the full amount paid within 21 day.
4. Should the Client cancel the booking less than 3 days prior to the arrival time, the advance payment will not be refunded. In case of such cancellation, the Client will lose the advance payment.
5. Should the Client change the booking details after making an online booking at a discount price of the Package offered by the hotel, the hotel is entitled to recalculate the full price of the order at the current prices.

III. Final Provisions

1. The Client is obliged to provide correct details in the booking form. The hotel is not liable for the wrongly chosen check-in or check-out dates or any other details wrongly specified by the Client.
2. Responsibility for the correct servicing of the payment for the online booking lies with UAB Paysera LT electronic payment system.
3 . The hotel and the company servicing online payments are not liable for unavailability of the system and other faults occurring for reasons beyond their control.

IV. Personal Data

By booking a Package at the hotel, the Client agrees to the recording of his/her personal data in a service database. The data will be used for the finalisation of the booking procedure and for marketing purposes under the agreement on personal data protection dated 28/09/1997.

V. Confirmation of Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By ticking ‘Accept Terms and Conditions’, the Client confirms that he/she understands and accepts the terms of conditions of the booking. The booking is not valid without such confirmation.

Gift coupons reservation rules:

1. The Present coupon(s) confirms the right of the holder of the Present coupon(s) to use servises specified in the amount of coupon(s).
2. The holders of the Present coupon(s) can enjoy the services provided belonging only to Draugų namai.
3. If the desired purchase amount exceeds the value of the Present coupon(s), actual difference can be paid in cash.
4. The Present coupon shall not be exchanged to cash.
5. The Present coupon(s) is valid during 3 months period from its purchase date.
6. If the Present coupon was not used until the end of its validity period, it will be regarded as null and void.
7. If the holder of the Present coupon acquires services for the amount lower that the amount specified in the Present coupon(s), remaining amount is not returned to the holder of the Present coupon.
8. The holder of the Present coupon having paid by the Present coupon(s), shall not be given the VAT invoice.
9.The Present coupon you must use at one time.

These General Terms and Conditions for the provision of services of Friends House (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) are established by MB Friends House, Druskininkai, located in St. Jokūbo 12 and Vilniaus al. 8 (hereinafter - Drauguu namai ), service provision procedure and conditions.

The House of Friends, upon receiving a reservation for the services provided by the House of Friends by phone, e-mail or at the reception of the House of Friends, provides the guest with detailed information (prepayment invoice) about the services provided by the House of Friends, indicating the required payment for the reservation the fee for the reserved services provided by Friends' House and the deadline for payment of the reservation fee; 2.4. After receiving the guest's reservation fee for the reserved services provided by the Friends' House, the Friends' House confirms the reservation of the services provided by the Friends' House by e-mail or at the reception of the Friends' House, giving each reservation a confirmation number (the confirmation number is the guest's unique reservation number). 3. Agreement on services provided by the House of Friends
3.1. The contract for the services provided by Friends House is considered concluded when the guest pays the reservation fee indicated by Friends House for the reserved services provided by Friends House and/or the guest receives the confirmation letter by e-mail. by mail indicating: arrival dates, number of guests, type of reserved room, price, reservation confirmation number;
3.2. The verbal agreement of the parties becomes effective only when it is confirmed in writing or by e-mail. by mail;
3.3. The conclusion of the contract on the services provided by the House of Friends cancels all previous agreements of the parties regarding the conditions and procedure of the services provided by the House of Friends and obligates the parties to fulfill the concluded contract;
3.4. If one clause of the Agreement on the services provided by the Friends' House is recognized as invalid or when negotiating its amendment, the other clauses of the aforementioned agreement and the entire agreement shall not lose validity.

4. Reservation cancellation procedure and penalties
4.1. The guest(s) can cancel the guaranteed reservation of accommodation services without any penalty no later than 7 days before the arrival date of the guest(s) specified in the reservation; in this case, the reservation fee paid by the guest according to the prepaid account for the reserved
services provided by the Friends House is returned to the guest. If the guest informs about the cancellation of the reservation of accommodation and/or catering services later than 7 calendar days before arrival or in case of non-arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the accommodation specified in the reservation of services provided by Friends House is applied, unless otherwise stated in the reservation confirmation.
4.2. If a guest makes a reservation with a ( Non-refundable ) price, guests pay the full price if they cancel, make changes, or no-show
4.3. Cancellation procedure for group (10 or more rooms) accommodation and/or catering services reservation:
4.3.1. If Friends House is notified of the cancellation of the group's accommodation and/or catering services reservation 14 calendar days before the date of arrival specified in the reservation of services provided by Friends House, the cancellation fee is not applied;
4.3.2. If the cancellation of the group's accommodation and/or meal service reservation is notified later than 14 calendar days before the group's arrival, or if the group does not arrive on the day of arrival specified in the reservation of services provided by Friends' House, % of the total price of accommodation and/or meal services specified in the reservation of services provided by Friends' House is applied. cancellation fee.
4.4. For the services of conference organization and event space rental at Friends House:
4.4.1. Reservation for conference hall rental and/or provision of other conference center services can be canceled without any penalty no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before the day of execution of the order, set in the reservation of services provided by Friends' House;
4.4.2. Less than 7 (seven) calendar days before the day of execution of the order, set in the reservation of services provided by Draugis mais - 50% of the amount of all services provided in the confirmation of the reservation of services provided by Draugis mais;
4.4.3. In case of non-cancellation of the reservation and non-arrival of the Guests - Draugiu namai applies a fine of 100% of the amount of all services provided by Draugiu namai in the confirmation of the reservation.
4.5. Friends' House has the right to cancel a confirmed reservation for the provision of guest accommodation and/or catering services without penalty no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the order fulfillment date;
4.6. If Drauguu namai cancels a confirmed reservation for guest accommodation and/or catering services later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the date of execution of the order, it undertakes:
-accommodate guests in another Friends' house with similar or better conditions for a price not higher than the price confirmed in the reservation of the services provided by the Friends' house, - to transport accommodated guests to another House of Friends at their own expense, if the guests do not have their own transport,
4.7. If a "Friends House Services Agreement" or other individual agreement is concluded with the Friends House, the procedure and conditions for canceling the services provided by the Friends House are valid in that contract or agreement.

5. Responsibility and storage of things
5.1. The procedure for storing the belongings of the guests of the Friends' House is regulated by Article 6.865 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. The guests of the Friends' House must compensate the Friends' House for material losses caused by the fault of the guests or the guests invited to the Friends' House;
5.3. House of Friends is not responsible for insecurely left or lost valuables and/or damage caused to them in the room or common areas;
5.4. It is forbidden to leave small children unattended in the rooms and common spaces of the Friends House;
5.5. If the guest of the Friends House does not fulfill his obligations under the contract for the services provided by the Friends House and/or uses the accommodation, catering or conference facilities provided to him in a way that was not agreed with the Friends House, the Friends House has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract for the Friends House without prior notice provided services with the guest and require payment of 100% of the amount of all services provided in the reservation confirmation.

6. Force majeure
6.1. The responsibility of the parties for the non-fulfillment of the contract for the services provided by Friends' House, in the event of force majeure, is regulated by Article 6.212 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

7. Arrival and departure time
7.1. Guests of the Friends' House can arrive at the Friends' House from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival specified in the reservation;
7.2. Upon check-in at the Guest House reception, the guest receives the electronic key(s) for the room(s), which he/she returns when checking out from the hotel, after making sure that all services have been paid for.
The guest can self-check-in using the Friend's House link included in the booking confirmation. After self-registration, the door codes will be sent to the guest, and the electronic key will be left with the guest in the room 7.3. Guests of the Friends' House must check out from the Friends' House by 12:00 on the day of departure;
7.4. If the guest wishes to leave later than 12:00 p.m., he must inform the reception of the Friends' House about this, so that the latter can, if possible, extend the validity period of the electronic key of the guest's room; Late check-out (before 5:00 p.m.) is charged at €5.
7.5. If the Guest does not vacate the room and does not have the opportunity to contact him before the agreed departure time, or when the Guest maliciously does not pay for the services provided and does not vacate the room at the request of the administration - the administration reserves the right to move the items in the room to other protected rooms in the Friends House;
7.6. If the "Friends House Services Agreement" or other individual agreement is signed with the Friends House, the guest arrival and departure procedures and conditions discussed in that contract or agreement are valid;
7.7. The number of persons who have been notified to the reception staff of the Friends' House at the time of arrival can stay in the room of the Friends' House. If more guests stay in the room of the Friends House than specified in the confirmation of the Friends House reservation, an additional fee is paid to the Friends House for each additional guest;
7.8. Children's accommodation regulations

7.9. Strangers can be brought into the room of the Friends' House only after notifying the Receptionist of the Friends' House in advance.

8. Prices and Payments 8.1. The prices (including VAT) of the services provided by the Friends' House and the payment procedure and conditions are stipulated in the "Services Provision Agreement of the Friends' House", in individual agreements and offers, on the website of the Friends' House partner websites.www.booking.com and in other official advertising and information materials of the Friends House; 8.2. With Drauų naimas, services can be paid for in cash, credit card or bank transfer; 8.3. Unless otherwise agreed, the services of the Friends House must be finally billed after the Friends House has provided the services. If a "Friends House Services Agreement" or other individual agreement is concluded with the Friends House, the payment procedure and conditions discussed in that contract or agreement for the services provided by the Friends House are valid; 8.4. Reserved, confirmed and paid for, but not used by the guests, Friend's House services are not compensated; Purchased invitations (gift vouchers) for Friends House services are non-exchangeable and non-refundable and valid only under the conditions specified in the invitation. 8.5. The amount of the reservation fee paid to Friends House and the terms and conditions of advance payment are stipulated in the "Services Provision Agreement of Friends House", individual agreements or offers and the prepayment invoices presented by Friends House; 8.6. The price of the Friends' House services specified in the confirmation of the reservation of Friends' House services can only be changed by written agreement of the parties; 8.7. The price of Friends House services can be changed without prior written notice only in the event that the amount of certain taxes paid to the state or their payment procedure is changed by laws, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania or other legal acts; 8.8. For all services and goods purchased or used by the guests of Drauagui naimai, but for some reason they left without paying, Drauugai naimai has the right to deduct the corresponding amount for the goods and/or services from the Guest's account (bank payment card). Guests undertake to pay for the purchased goods and/or services in full even after departure.

9. Other Terms 9.1. Friends' House undertakes to keep guests' belongings found (left behind) in the Friends' House for 3 months. after the guest's departure and not to use the stored items for the entire storage period; 9.2. At the guest's request, items belonging to the guest stored in the Friends' House may be sent to him by post or otherwise transferred, if the guest agrees to pay the costs and expenses of shipping the item(s) or other item(s) 9.3. Guests of the Friends' House must properly use the items and equipment in the Friends' House and immediately notify the Friends' House about their observed malfunctions and compensate for losses if those malfunctions are due to the fault of the guest; 9.4. The items in the rooms and other premises of the Friends' House are the property of the Friends' House, therefore the Guest(s) of the Friends' House do not have the right to take them when leaving the Hotel, with the exception of single-use hygiene products; 9.5. From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., guest(s) are prohibited from making noise in the House of Friends and/or on the territory of the House of Friends (that is, playing loud music and playing musical instruments, singing loudly, shouting, whistling and other illegal behavior). If the guest(s) does not comply with this prohibition and thus disturbs the public order and disturbs other persons living and/or working in the House of Friends, he/she is responsible according to the procedure established by law; 9.6. The House of Friends does not accept guests with animals without the approval of the administration before arriving at the House of Friends; for each animal brought by a guest to the Friends' House, the Friends' House may charge an additional fee; the owner of the animal(s) is responsible for the animal(s) living together in the House of Friends and undertakes to fully compensate the damage caused by the animal(s) to the House of Friends or to third parties;
9.7. The House of Friends reserves the right not to admit unwanted persons, based on the internal rules of the House of Friends;
9.8. The following is prohibited in the house of friends:
– move furniture (without the employee's permission);
- store flammable materials in rooms and common areas;
- bring tools, weapons or other means dangerous to health and life into the territory of the Friends' House. Bringing, using, storing any narcotic or other psychotropic substances. In case of violation of this prohibition, the staff of Friends House calls the police; 9.9. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms of the Friends House . The fine is 100 euros. Smoking is allowed only in specially equipped and adapted places. For guest safety, all rooms are equipped with smoke and fire alarms;
9.10. When leaving the room, guests must make sure that the electrical appliances are turned off: lights, TV, etc., check that the water taps are tightly closed, and also make sure that the door of the room is securely locked and no unauthorized person can enter it;
9.11. The staff of the Friends House have the right to enter the living rooms to ensure security;
9.12. For your safety, video surveillance cameras are installed in the common areas of Friends House;
9.13. Any disputes arising between the House of Friends and the guests must be settled through negotiations;
9.14. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania in the competent court based on the location of the Friends' House registered office, specified in the Register of Legal Entities. Article 30 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Section 11 provides that consumer contracts may also be sued based on the consumer's place of residence.
9.15. 9.17. By providing personal information and data on the "Friends House guest registration card", the guest(s) of the Friends' House together consents and allows the Friends House to collect, use and process this information and data for commercial and /or for advertising purposes (reserving rooms at the Friends House, registering guests, preventing financial losses, protecting against insolvent customers, direct marketing) and managing internal statistics at the Friends House. The guest(s) of the Friends' House have the right to object to the processing of the personal information and data provided by the Friends' House by indicating such objection on the "Friends' House Guest Registration Card". Refusal to give consent to the Friends House to process the personal information and data provided by the guest(s) will not have any legal consequences and will not be a reason to refuse to provide the Guest(s) with the services of the Friend House. Drauagų namas strives to ensure the safe collection, transmission, processing and storage of personal information and data provided by the guest(s), but does not assume responsibility for incorrect information and data provided by the guest(s) to Drauagų namas , their inaccuracies and the consequences of the use of false information or data provided or the direct or indirect damage suffered by the guest(s) as a result.
During the registration at the Friends House, the guest(s) fills in the "Friends House Guest Registration Card", specifying the name, surname, place of residence, name and number of the document confirming personal identity, dates of arrival and departure, method of payment and other data required by the company, and signs .
Friends House at the time of guest(s) check-in:
- in order to make sure that the guest(s) wishing to use the Friends' House service(s) have provided accurate and complete data and information about themselves in the Friends' House registration card and in order to ensure the accuracy of the data and information provided by the guest(s), – in order to verify the identity of the holder of the means of payment or to determine the validity and legality of the payment or other related transactions,
has the right to require the guest(s) to present an identity document.
When collecting, processing and storing the data and information provided by the guests, the House of Friends follows the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data.
